There
is a mammoth monstrous monster
Who
likes to sit on Mountains?
Reading
books and singing songs
And
scaring crows and mad old ladies
Who
out on their annual summer outing
To
Clacton by the Sea
Will
eat fish and chips and candy floss
All
smothered in onion gray-veeeee
And
if the sun shines bright
They
might just get to, as a little bit of fun
Pinch
the Bums Of unsuspecting passing
Sailors
from the Nave-veeee
Oh what naughty monsters! How can I not come back for such craziness? The poetry is fun and the pictures are perfect fit.
ReplyDeleteDrawing the pictures is harder work than the poem. . . Still is is all for a good cause . . . . HANG ON I am not sure it is. . . . DAMN
DeletePinching bums you say? And...er...where can I find these monsters again? Just asking for a friend...ahem...
ReplyDeleteI believe they might reside on the top of mountains or in Clacton by the Sea.
DeleteI see you are still going well with this A to Z Miss Lily I am impressed there will be no stopping you now.
OK maybe for a small bar of chocolate and a cup of tea.
I feel like you've described me and my friends to a t. 😂😂

It sounds like you and your friends like to enjoy yourselves and that is good.
DeleteHey Mr. Rob,
ReplyDeleteOh my, its taken me until the halfway point of that amazing alphabet challenge to actually get here.
A great endorsement for the tourist board at Clacton by the Sea. Marvellous mayhem, maybe...

Yo Mr G I know you are not a fan of the A to Z but good to see you passing.
DeleteIt has been a while since I was in Clacton by the Sea.
