Poetry for Lava

L
There is a beast with long limp limbs
That hangs about on volcano rims
Eating Sulphur Dust
And nice Rock Cakes
With Lemon Bon Bons
And acrid Warm Milk Shakes
Shouting . . . I lost it, I’ve lost it
O No it’s gone its gone
I am forlorn
Where did it go?
I have lost my favourite

Lava flow.

  1. Those arms look like my legs!
Is losing your lava flow like losing your mojo?
Deliciously surreal as always Mr Z.

    1. Are you saying your legs spend a lot of time waving about in the air Miss Lily?

Lava flow . . . Mojo I think we have some more cockney rhyming slang, now how cool is that.

  2. I've lost it too. "It" being my sanity. Pass the lemon bonbons please, but keep the milkshake. Milk is icky.
