S is for Soaring in Silent Skies

Indeed S is for Silently Soaring in the Spring Skies of Shropshire . . . . . . . .I know I appear to be working my way madly thought the A to Z again for no reason whatsoever. . . . . Partly because no one else is and I am just a rebel at heart. And it also sort of shows that even when things go entirely wrong there is always a way to find that elusive Letter of the alphabet.

Now you are thinking what  went wrong . . . . . .Well last night when I sat down to chill and draw a quick picture for today I thought  . . . . The letter S . . . I can draw Superman so I did, but it sort of turned into a chap with a glider instead. No I dont know why this stuff happens either, part of the problem is using a ballpoint pen, it is (as I have said before) all or nothing as you can't undo a line once drawn, but I rather like that.

The thing is once you have drawn a man with a glider you need to think S words  and post the picture like it was meant all along where folk go. . . . . well thats clever . . . . . . Although it is advisable not to say its all a bit of a mistake . . . . . .AH DAMN I may have just told you now.

  1. But Superman has the superior ability to morph into the most unlikely things so that mere mortals like us can't see him! splendid S..ing ..

    1. That is good to know, it is certainly what seems to happen to my drawings . . . . My Tram for tomorrow has turned into a Tyrannosaurus, and a big one at that. . . . O God I've drawn Godzilla . . . . Oooo that reminds me I have to respond to a comment . . .

    1. Thanks Miss Lily you are very kind indeed, unlike the very nice Steven Spielberg who continues to pretend he has never heard of me, has never seen my blog and in doing so is secretly saying my idea for a film is futile. . . . Well all I can say is you can't get away with that Mr Spielberg, I have almost covered every single film idea involving a pointy stick that is known to man so YA SUCKS BOO. I will sue at the first sign of pointy sticks waving at seagulls, for loads of money. . . .well when i say loads I'm not mean, just a bit of money . . . OK a small amount of money . . . . .OK what about a Parrot. . . .A duck?

  3. One of the Nice Things About Having 26 letters in the alphabet is there are only 25 spaces between them when you right them all out. Then if you wanted to eXplore spaces (be a spaceman) you could do things like place aLL the letters in a long form and pour in a hardening agent, then let dry. Then remove the letters and splits the new solid spaces into their In-Betweens.

For eXample: A B would have a space that looks like:
    \ I
Now that shape needs a name, "In Between A B" sounds a bit long, but it can do for now. Now some people might just want to caLL it a trapezoid, but that is too easy. Besides, this is more of a "trap an A B zone"

I feel the need to suddenly buy a chisel. I should go sweep awhile before the Chicken Kiev is finished.

    1. I printed out your Glider picture on a transparency as black and white where white doesn't eXist. So basically it is the color yellow eXtracted as the lone color but as black. I hope this isn't confusing. It looks cool. It is almost 11 wide x16 high inches.

    2. Well Mr ESB you know you are allowed to use my images if you wish too. I certainly dont mind.....

I got a bit confused with the trapezoid, but I have had a long hard day working so my body and brain have decided to flop.

  4. Hey Mr. R.,

Plane overhead. Grab that plane and say, the plane, the plane. Smiles everybody. Alliteration for the nation. You do "S" the best.

My excuse for a Surreal Script Supposedly Stated Somewhat Shyly is that it's gone two in the morning!

    1. That is very late Mr G later than I would be able to stay up these days. A nice play on S words. . . . I knew you had an A to Z in you.
